"Room was clean but property needs an upgrade. I was charged for something none of the staff could explain. "

"The staff at this location is excellent; friendly, professional. The room was nice; plenty of space, bed was comfy, safe in the room, ironing board and iron, clean. The amenities were great; the grandkids enjoyed the pool, there's a gym, and free breakfast was offered, but we had to cut our stay short because one of the grands got sick. The only real issues that i can note are that the shower curtain wouldn't close, so we flooded the bathroom floor quite a bit when we showered, the fridge was uneven and not very cold and i was unable to locate the dial to turn it down, and it would've been nice if we could've opened the window because it was a very nice day. Overall, the grandkids and i give it an 8.5/10. "

"This hotel for the exorbitant price was dirty, poorly staffed, cheap room appointments, and bad poorly prepared food. I will never book this hotel again. "

"The room was clean. In need of repairs in the room amd bathroom. Maid service needs improvement. We stayed 5 days and we received clean towels 3 out of 5 days and garbage was taken out the same amount of days. Bedding was not changed. Beds were not made except for the day we arrived. One of the top sheets had stains and the curtains had brown substance on them. Shower stopper was permanantly up could not run water in tub, rust stains inside tub. Light fixture above mirror falling off. Lots of wear and tear on walls. Also you have to sign a sheet stating any stains on towels or washcloth, it is $50.00 per item that you have to pay. I would not stay again for the price that you pay."

"The kitchen was fully equipped. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room. There was a lot of hair from poor guests still in the bathroom and on the bed. Also, the room keys kept getting demagnetized. Otherwise, it was a very good stay."
