The home was clean, comfortable and cozy. The balcony provided a very serene view - even saw some dolphins! "Everything was spotless and very comfortable. A perfect landing spot to explore the St Augustine area by day, but not spend an arm and a leg by night. Wonderful patio to relax on. As noted in the listing, the property is close to train tracks, but we didn’t hear the train at night. "

"Very convenient to old part of St Augustine. We were able to walk where we wanted to go. Nice layout. Clean. Comfortable beds. Full size kitchen to cook in. The only issue was the people staying in the other part of the house (2 separate areas) were very noisy and easily heard. Will still be back again. "
