The hotel location is in great walking distance to the downtown area of the Harbour, Water Street and George Street. The service by the staff was excellent and the beds were very comfortable. The room bathrooms need to be updated, and all the vending machines were out of order as well as the sauna. Based on location and excellent staff service I would recommend this hotel.

Great location and comfortable beds. Be aware the parking is a little confusing as the lot beside the hotel does not belong to them and apparently the owner likes to tow or boot your car right away.

Wonderful hotel, check in was easy, staff was friendly and helpful . The hot tub and pool were big, family friendly. The beds were quite comfortable. The only drawback was no ventilation in the bathroom.

I really liked the location of the hotel and the view of the city from the room.The room never had bath robes and the shampoo and body wash in the shower was empty. Everything else about the room was great. Could have used a complimentary breakfast with the price of the room.The bar/lounge was great , however the Starbucks in the hotel had a very rude staff member working and she was not friendly and when asked to get more cream she gave myself and my girlfriend attitude. This was around 10am on Oct 24 2026. All in all it was a good stay at the delta.

From the .moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. Staff were friendly and kind and eager to do anything to make our stay even better. The food was delicious hands down the best breakfast buffet in St. John’s. The pool and hotbtub are a bit dated but were clean and well maintained. Can't ask for a better hotel stay.
