However, it appears there may be a misunderstanding as we strive to provide the best experience for our guests.We regret that the person who wrote the review did not actually stay with us but rather experienced the hotel through the lens of a camera. This type of review not only harms the hotel's reputation but also undermines the hard work and professionalism of our staff, whom you acknowledged as "nice."Regarding the bed configuration, our records indicate that two single beds, as specified on Expedia with international measurements of 90cm x 200cm, were provided.In terms of room cleanliness, our staff is highly professional and well-trained to respect the "Do Not Disturb" sign. From our security cameras, it is clearly visible that the "Do Not Disturb" sign was not on the door, and the maid knocked on the door twice. On the first day, Mr. Paris opened the door, while on the second day, the gentlemen were on the veranda and did not hear the knocks. However, the maid apologized before entering and asked if they wanted the room to be cleaned, to which they agreed. On February 9th, a front desk staff member delivered a bottle of sparkling wine and a birthday card for Mr. Paris as Even on that occasion, there was no "Do Not Disturb" sign, and no one was in the room.As for breakfast on the second day, when the guests ordered "only" 1 omelette with everything served with bacon & sausage and 1 scramble egg with French Toast and beans, a 15% discount was applied.If there are further details or concerns you'd like to discuss, please feel free to reach out directly.
