Staff at front desk very friendly and helpful. It’s the people who make it an enjoyable experience love the harbour view from our room pool area is beautiful. Only suggestion would be to mop the pool deck more frequently there was a lot of wet hair strands strewn across the floor from previous guests who had used the pool. Love Newfoundland we will be back!

Great view of the harbour, quiet and clean rooms, close to downtown very good stay overall. Pre Paid for the breakfast was not impressed with it unfortunately, was a very typical continental breakfast but was a bit overpriced for what you get.

We had a fun time on our annual girl's night, but the main purpose was to swim and hot tub and sauna and all were not functioning! We would have appreciated knowing, and could have booked elsewhwre as that was our main goal. We were also told that parking would be $25 dollars for the night! This is unacceptable for hotel guests in this city, seriously?!?!? And again we were not told of this agead of time. We have fun whereever we go, but will be going elsewhere next year unless we are offered a free night when the pool/hottib/and sauna are actually working. We have been liyal guests and hope that the Sheraton will step up. Thanks for asking.
