"Aroma is a excellent choice for dining out
Its conveniently located inside Royal Regency.
The food and the costumer service was excellent. The Royal Regency employees were very nice especially the employees who serve breakfast every morning. The breakfast food was delicious the employees made sure the food service areas stayed clean and food was hot. I highly recommend Royal Regency any event. Their reception rooms are absolutely beautiful fit for a queen or princess the service is worth every penny. I will always stay at the
Royal Regency when I visit New York the staff at the front desk was very nice and professional. The hotel service employees were nice as well and they made sure we had everything inside our room. Excellent service. Thank you Royal Regency I had a grate stay. "
"Put down a deposit with the understanding that the deposit would be back in my account within 24 hours. Messaged them several times and I have not gotten any response nor have I gotten my money back and it has been days now with no response. Apartment was filthy, beds were used and not cleaned, bunch of appliances didn’t work, found a towel with stains potentially from bodily fluids.DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Charged a cleaning fee on top of this for an apartment that wasn’t even cleaned prior to me staying there. A toilet that wasn’t even properly cleaned as there was brown water and the toilet wasn’t even flushing properly. There were also damages in the apartment that they don’t show. Hallway bathroom shower head came off and the water kept running and I had to fix it. They make you put down a deposit and cleaning fee just to advertise this a great place, etc but it’s all a lie. AGAIN DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I will be further reporting this so that no one else experiences this again. "
"I was fooled by the pictures. Upon check-in, they require to zelle cleaing fee. When I finally got inside, I found absolutely nothing lux about this property, no comfort and hospitality. The broken floor welcome me, all 4 beds are broken, only 2 TVs, moldy restroom, zero confort. They left 4 towels for 6 people for 6 nights. I had to request more towels. I had to scoop water fromthe shower to flush in the toilet because water would not drain. Half roll toilet paper was left. If you take the risk to book this place make sure you come with own towels, toilet papers. They would not turn on the heat."
"Sadly I would be even rate this a one star, except for Lidia, the sweet lady that cleaned for the host. There was ZERO communication from the host, even though we sent messages weeks before our arrival. When we got there, there wasn't enough bedding for the amount of guests. They claimed we made the reservation for 2, yet had the hose responded to us he would have known there were 3 of us. We tried to make food and there was very little kitchen items. The soap was very watered down, the towels and linens cheap and the shower curtain liner had black mold all over it. We also had several bugs wreaking havoc on us while we tried to sleep, centipedes and silver fish. Evolve (the company) communicated with us while we tried to work out the non-communication. They ended up giving us a partial refund, but the communication was delayed and when we'd reach out about one thing, they would get back to us late in the evening when we were sleeping. So it was hard getting it figured out. Also, the parking was confusing and we had parked in front for several days. On the third day a not-so-nice New Yorker came to inform us we couldn't park there. So when we figured out where we were supposed to park, it was on the side and such a tight awkward angle, it was hard to get out. Even after all this, not one word from the host. Very disappointing. This host needs to spend a little money to make this rentable. And actually care and communicate with those renting. "
