It has gorgeous woodwork, antique furniture, and the king suite is spacious and comfortable. Every need was met and breakfast was delicious. The extra large cast iron enamel tub was divine. "Just like it's name, this B and B is alongside the Erie canal. The room was large, with a nice seating area had a kitchenette and a very comfortable bedroom. Little Falls City is a lovely area in the Mohawk Valley of New York State and is very walkable. I would recommend staying in this B&B if you find yourself in the area."

"I loved my room at this motel. I was able to park close to my door. The room was large, comfortable, very clean, and smelled fresh. I enjoyed the lake view. It is about a 10 minute drive to Cooperstown. And a 3 minute drive to an excellent brunch restaurant called Local Affairs. Although I did not utilize it, the arcade room was very cool. For budget travelers, this motel is exceptional."
