"Breakfast buffet: Very good selection and variety. I was always satisfied. Everything was clean, and the staff did a great job refilling the food. Staff was also good with taking away dirty plates and were very friendly.
Bed comfort: The pillows on the fold-out bed were very lumpy and uncomfortable. Once they were changed, everything was fine.
Bathroom: Nice and clean.
Room: Very clean and in great shape.
Gym: Small, but very clean. It has a nice small outdoor area to sit. The treadmill did not work, and the water cooler remained empty for two days until I informed the staff that it needed refilling.

"Good location. Greeted nicely by the man at desk. Good WiFi. Shower a bit tight but good water pressure. Construction across street impacted access to hotel slightly. We stayed nine days. Quite affordable in my opinion. The only thing I did not like was the pillows. They were very thin. "
"I stumbled on this hotel by accident. But it is now my go to for Munich. It’s convenient to tours that leave from Stachus. It’s walkable to Marienplatz. It has three major Tram stops right outside the door and the main train station is across the street. The hotel and its staff are great. On a recent trip, I arrived at around 9:30 am and was just going to drop my bag and then go get breakfast. The staff noted I had come in on an international flight and went out of there way to get me in a room early. All that said, my favorite part of the hotel is the breakfast! It is a full buffet with all the classic German breakfast options. It’s delicious.

"This place is great in all aspects - 10 min walk to Marienplatz, 5 min to the station, grocery store right downstairs, and great restaurant and bars around. I'd say the only drawback is that the bathroom has glass doors. Anyone in the room can completely see you doing whatsoever. If you are traveling with children, or would like doing your business with some privacy, being a newspaper or a roll of kitchen paper and tape to cover the glass."

The details are so charming and the spaces (public and private) are very comfortable. Staff were usually readily available and were always helpful and pleasant.
Even if we had booked a smaller room, the common spaces at the hotel are lovely, welcoming, and comfortable. With plenty of seating indoors, games and books for adults and kids, and a charming beer garden, you can easily relax and enjoy time in the public spaces of this hotel.
