"I give it a higher rating this year than last year because the property has improved and upgrades are being made . Get to know the parking area well in advance because it's paid parking. With different hours of operation. If you don't find parking in the lot in front of the hotel , you can go to a parking garage around the corner or try the municipal parking lot after business hours. They will boot you ! Sometimes the hotel doesn't have coins for the parking meter, you can download flowBird app and add money to a virtual card . Minimum charge is $12 usd even though parking is only around 50 cents to 1$ per hour ."

"The hotel was beautiful and clean. The lobby and restaurants were great and the staff were very friendly. DO NOT stay in a garden view room. The view is awful. You’re either looking at the parking lot or dried grass and a fence that overlooks a public parking lot. Those rooms felt more like a Courtyard than a Marriott Beach Resort. When asked to upgrade we were told no rooms were available even though we could see unoccupied rooms. Very disappointed in the room and view. We would stay here again but make sure it had oceanfront view. "

"Place was clean. However very little amount of towels available. They dont come check in on your through out your stay. Mosquitos pretty much eat us alive therefore we could not enjoy the pool as much"

"We had an excellent experience! The staff were very pleasant, very attentive and accommodating. They remembered our names which goes a long way as a sign of respect. The facility and rooms were immaculate. We felt very much welcomed and will definitely return to the same hotel. Hopefully we see the same people there. Food was delicious. Overall a wonderful trip, very affordable and would recommend to anyone looking to travel to Curaçoa."

"The property is located in downtown Curacao within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and entertainment. One of the amenities I wish the room would have is a microwave. Otherwise the room is pretty standard for an oceanfront and patio. It overlooks the ocean and shops across from the hotel. We can’t wait to return soon."

"We ended up at this place due to an issue with our condo and we had to leave it very quickly, so not a lot of time to do research. This has to be the worst resort we have ever stayed in and after 21 islands we have stayed in a lot...pictures look good but they are not accurate. It is so very run down, it’s says 2 pools but trust me you don’t want to use the one by the hostile. The larger pool area had garbage from the night before every single day, the sand around the pool is filled with roots sticking up, bottle caps dirty cups and Kleenex. Now let’s discuss the very loud music..you can NOT get away from it, every single night. We could not watch TV in our room because the TV would not go loud enough to hear over the music. After having time to read reviews one of the biggest complaints is about the very loud music, the resort either doesn’t want to address it or they just don’t care. The one pro for this run down resort is that it is walking distance to town, but other than that..I was say AVOID.."

"Today was our last day at the hotel, however our stay wasn't pleasant. We stayed at the hotels for 6 nights, from the time we checked in till our last day. We made a call to the front desk regarding the AC not functioning right , maintenance Rep was not available, our mini bar was never refilled the whole time there. Not one manager came out to speak with us. Rep Afrianna was amazing in helping us and Sharon from the Towel Station was amazing also . We weren't impressed with our stay with the hotel."
