Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers."

"Checking in was easy and the staff were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. The property itself seemed run down. Stairwells were a bit dirty and doors that said âalways keep closedâ were always open. Also the side entry door we used was never locked, so not sure if thatâs a safety issue. Our room was also VERY hot inside. We didnât know why, the heat was not on. We had to open our room door and the window to get airflow. It was so uncomfortably hot inside (no AC). "
