"Yes it did invite pets but I do not want to go to breakfast with them barking. Staff not very helpful or tell about your choice for breakfast and they serve coffee and hot water in flasks which was cold. And all you had was 2 sockets in your room nothing by the bed "

"Wonderful staff. Fab food. First room we were given was v v small my husband couldn’t bend down in the small shower. Had a word and were moved to larger room with larger shower the next day "

"Great location in the heart of the city, handy to all amenities including shops, bars, and cafes. Easy walking distance from the ferry terminal (about 10 mins walk). Room was small but totally sufficient for one person. It was warm and cozy, and had a nice outlook with views of the harbour and the islands.The bath was a big plus.Helpful staff, and reception was always available to answer questions. "
