"We never ate at the hotel it was less expensive elsewhere. Can’t complain except towels need to be renewed. Also hand soap would be nice. Room noisy in the morning because of traffic. Staff should greet customers coming in and out of hotel it’s part of your job!"

"Very tired rooms. The shower was lukewarm. The breakfast was ok, but it is obvious they use cheap ingredients, eg the sausage, plus the whole full English, which they prepare in the kitchen ( not buffet style) had a very greasy flavour to it. "

"Great stay. Clean room and public areas. Good food in the dining room. Only downside is they’ve altered the terrace and lost the view of the 18th hole. And created a mini golf there instead for children! Why??"

"Very clean and recently decorated hotel. Comfy bed and very smart (although small) bathroom. Food was excellent in restaurant in evening and at breakfast. Nice grounds and good looking golf course. I'd choose to stay again when in area."
