I made the mistake and thinking we had the whole apartment to ourself. When we checked in with the concierge over the phone he explained that we were going to be share it with someone else. The wife was not too happy about that especially with one bathroom. So the concierge was able to see I made a mistake and upgraded us to a different suite with a private bathroom. We felt very secure as they had a security guard at the front desk.
Also something to make note make sure that you have an account to send $600 cdn via e-transfer, Zelle or PayPal for the damage deposit.
Otherwise, the suite are excellent very close to downtown, CN tower, the harbour, union Station and public transportation. There was a lot of restaurants and stores to get food and supplies. We didn’t have to rent a car or drive all public transportation. If we were to come again I would see if we could rent the whole apartment with some friends.

Incredible hotel - unique situation in that we had a medical emergency and the staff was extremely helpful and generously accomodating. We cannot wait to return soon.

"We have stayed at the Westover Inn before. It's quiet on the higher floor. The room we usually have is fine. The cable/tv wasn't working. We lowered the blind and couldn't get it to go back up. So there is definitely wear and tear thats happening. We love the grounds and location."
