"My room smelled like a sewer so requested a new room. There was another lady there who was so disappointed with the room and bathroom that she left the hotel. The en-suites are actually tiny pod bathrooms, kind of like a caravan. I am 5ft 4in and could sit on the toilet and touch the the walls on either side. The towel was small and thin. I was given an empty, dirty tea pot with my cream tea. The manager blamed the poor service on the the fact that no one wanted to work. The fireplaces were...
