"Winterstoke is a HUGE house with 4 massive double bedrooms and a large twin room. This does not feel like a holiday rental, it feels like a home. I have never stayed in a property that is so well appointed, every detail is covered. The quality of the house is really fantastic and incredibly comfortable. "We stayed in one of the lodges. There were some maintenance issues. There were some broken tiles on one of the bathroom floors. It could have also been a little cleaner. But it was a good location for a wedding we attended. The breakfast was lovely and had a great selection. The staff were also very attentive."

"This is an old building which has been renovated. It has a lift. The room was a large size and had excellent air conditioning. The bed was comfortable and I complemented the Chamber-maid on the cleanliness of the room. Breakfast was excellent and my Vegan relations were happy that their needs were catered for. "Our room had a few issues when we arrived. It was cold, the water didn't drain away very well and the tv handset couldn't adjust the volume on the set, which was too high. Within 15 mins of reporting these issues, they had replaced the handset, cleared the sink and brought up a small radiator (and explained how the thermostat worked) The room was was clean and comfortable and the included breakfast was good with plenty of options. Would definitely stay there again"

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Honey Pod. Communication and instructions before arrival were wonderful and made everything so easy. The space itself is compact but has everything you need — a cozy kitchen/lounge area, comfortable bedroom, and clean bathroom. The wood burner hot tub in the garden was such a treat, perfect for relaxing under the stars. It’s beautifully secluded and feels like you’re tucked away in the middle of nowhere — peaceful, quiet, and magical. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and escape! "
