"Lots of parking, great breakfast options and helpful staff. Nice sitting area and bar for the guests. Lovely for a multi night stay. The dinner in the restaurant was also very good. You do need a car though as the hotel is outside town but we thought this was nice as it was quieter."

"We stayed in room 5 on the first floor for 2 nights. Pros: great location for visiting the Cotswolds. Stow is a lovely place and the pub is very welcoming. Our room was large and the bed very comfortable and clean. Cons: we could hear the neighbours walking across the floor upstairs late at night. We could also hear them flushing their loo and using the shower. The walls up the stairs to the rooms were very marked and need a good paint refresh. The worst thing for me was the issue with carpet moth, both on the stairs landing and also in the room behind the desk under the tv. It’s so apparent that it’s like an infestation and needs serious pest control attention. It affected my stay as it made the place feel dirty. For that reason I wouldn’t recommend and won’t be returning. It is very overpriced for what you get. "

"Room was very small and claustrophobic, heating on full and a window that was extremely difficult to open, very stuffy. Bathroom had a sloping ceiling with a shower head over the taps, making it impossible to use the shower without sitting in the bath. We are in our 60's."
