"We had got room service, ordering supper after a long drive and it arived hot and fast. Valete parking was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommend staying there. The only issue is dealing with the trafic to get in when its busy, but everything is in walking distance once you are there. "

"I reserved a room eight months in advance, but when my family arrived at the property they did not have the room type we booked. There were 4 of us, I booked a room with 2 queen beds and they gave us one king bed and a pull out couch. The front desk mildly apologized, but that was it. We had an uncomfortable stay."

"Hotel was average, but I paid $$$ because a concert was close by. Seems rather unfair, especially because it was triple their normal charge for a room. I knew what I was getting into for convenience, but come on!!! Triple?? Super nice staff though! "
