"This property has been a "bucket list" item for several years. We jumped at the opportunity to stay upon re-opening after the hurricanes. We understood that there were areas of the facility still under reconstruction. I was surprised at exactly how limited the amenities were. The employees were ALL fantastic!! We were simply disappointed by some of the simple things...like...with only one pool open, it was impossible to secure space poolside during the day. With the main bar/lounge...

"This resort is in the midst of a renovation and still has some kinks to work out. Plus, we kept having to dodge workers. There are not enough elevators, they are very slow and hot, the one in our building was quite dirty and run down, and the housekeeping and renovation staff also have to use them and can override you calling them. The housekeeping setup is very inefficient. Sometimes 3 people would come in and out of our room while we were trying to get dressed. Towels would come later. We ran...

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel located right on the beachfront. The facilities were spotless, with a level of cleanliness that made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The service was exceptional; the staff was always friendly and eager to assist with a smile.One of the things we enjoyed the most was the variety of food available. There was never enough beach chairs and tents out on the beach, even though we told we were going down everyday, they would just say they were some out there, but people were already out there as well. They need more and better chairs, so were broken when we got there. The other thing is...
