We enjoyed staying at the hotel very much and will definitely use it whenever we visit Guernsey. The facilities are excellent with plenty of areas to relax with friends and family. The food in the restaurant was excellent at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our steak meal was delicious. Also a mention for the staff who were very welcoming and friendly, all in all a very memorable stay, thank you.

Charming, friendly staff. Comfortable well appointed accommodation, though room in older part of building a little “tired “ in some areas. Excellent choice at breakfast exceeds the norm for this grade of hotel. Shuttle bus to/fro town is a very welcome extra in this hilly location.

Staff were excellent and always friendly and helpful. Facilities were excellent and the standard of food was good. Location was good, on the outskirts of the port but easy to walk and buses frequent. Ample parking onsite.

Wonderful hotel. From the minute we arrived we loved staying here. Every member of staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. We had booked a superior room which was a good size, immaculately clean and extremely comfortable with a balcony overlooking the gardens - a lovely sunny spot to relax in after a day out. The breakfast menu was extensive and the food beautifully presented. We ate in the restaurant on two evenings. The food and drinks were very good and the service again was excellent. The swimming pool, sauna and steam room were a real bonus. All in all we would highly recommend a stay here.
