I like that the staff asked about what type of housekeeping you prefer and what times (morning/afternoon) Shor grille had amazing food! The pool was nice with great bar! It was nice to have beach towels available!

My stay was great! I think that you all should work with Hyatt especially to allow points or rewards. Booking through you negated any opportunity to accrue points. That is sad!

The room was amazing as the view. They let us have a complementary late check out. However the girl that checked us in was new and didn’t tell us about any fees charged to my card. Said our room wasn’t ready even though we requested early check in, changed and checked our bags, our room was ready 5 mins later.

Room was clean and nice but air conditioning noisy. Beautiful sunset view options. Was on the 16th floor and noise from local bar could be heard in room was disruptive to sleep.

I received a call while in the car on the way to the hotel from the airport saying they did not have my room I paid for available with 2 queen beds, Jordan said he upgraded me to a king suit by the pool, while I said that's nice Jordan it's not an upgrade, because I paid for 2 beds and needed the 2 beds, because I was traveling with my 2 teenage sons. He apologized and said they did not have any other rooms available that night but would provide a rollaway bed and make it right the next day. The next day Jose called and said our new room was available and they absolutely did make it right and put us in a 2 bedroom suite! The staff was friendly and definitely made up for the inconvenience and my boys were able to enjoy their birthday trip!

This hotel was beautiful! The food and drinks at the restaurant and pool bar were delicious. Everyone was so nice. The pool was beautiful but it does get windy being so high up. The views were beyond perfect. It was so nice to have towels included and to rent chairs at the beach half off. It smelled so clean in the lobby, my room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and water. I would absolutely stay here again and I look forward to it!

The pool was not warm enough and the hot tub was on 16th floor which was closed for an event. We paid for the breakfast buffet and it wasn’t very good, not worth it at all.

We loved this hotel. Super clean, very friendly and accommodating staff, great pool, close to the beach, great dining (although expensive) options. We will definitely be returning to vacation at this hotel again.

Fact that this hotel used to have a play room for kids around the week. Breakfast set up has been changed and I am finding it impacting my future decision about staying in this hotel. Guest used to make their breafast in the way they liked it but now everything needs to be ordered.

elevator super slow, u make guests pay for beach lounge chairs on the beach and NOT CHEEP, you should have water/ tea/coffee out for guests that is COMPLIMENTARY!! I can not believe a Hyatt does that. I have never been to a hotel that does not do that.

Front desk can use some manner training when checking in and they screw up. I was double charged/held for the deposit but was being told that it was my fault. He had no idea what else to say. Spoke with front desk the next day and was told that there was nothing the could do until we checked out and the hold was released. Then at Check out we finally got some answers from someone nice and really understood what he was doing. Train your employees! Other than that it was an amazing time! Clean, quiet, lots to do!

This was my first time in the Clearwater area. Heard great things about this property, and decided to book here. It was a weekend sister getaway and we're so happy we stayed here. Our room was beautiful and clean. The check-in was easy and fast and the reception was friendly and informative. The pool was great with beautiful sunset views, the pool bar had good food and drinks. They have a market on premises also, plus another restaurant for fancier dining. Central location and walkable to alot of stores, bars and dining options. We will definitely be returning to Hyatt in Clearwater!

The location is perfect! The hotel is located right across the street from their own beautiful beach. The water is clear and warm. I had a dolphin pod swimming about 20 yards from me! Incredible! The staff were awesome! They were very polite and helpful. You have 3 choices for dining plus a Starbucks. The food was delicious. There's a nice pool too.

Very disappointed with this Hyatt as it’s not the experience I am used to. Didn’t realize the beach was so public, and the busy road between the hotel and beach was loud and trashy. No traditional room service, cheap toiletries, and horrible loud view of the building rooftops. Very nice and clean room. Won’t return here.

Great location, everything is with in walking distance, the pool area is vey nice. Dislikes, it would be nice to know when they are closing the hot tub area due to an event and by no fault of the hotel some of the kids or younger adults staying at the hotel, acting rude, yelling out obscenities and disrespecting guests, and thr hotel should think about stringing more lights in the pool area to keep the seagull traffic to a minimum.
