The staff was unbelievably rude and hostile, management and ownership were really helpful and caring though! I would try again in the Future but these counter employees really ruined my time I asked for a towel and one woman said โ€œainโ€™t you got em in your room?โ€ And I was just baffled.

It was clean, walls need to be painted. Toilet was broken- not flushing. Vending machine on property out of order. No breakfast service, but some fast food around the area. Employees were nice and I was able to get an early check in and a late check out (1 hour each). $50 security deposit and $25 pet fee. Service dogs are waived the pet fee.
