Bilmar Beach Resort

"We had an amazing stay at Bilmar Beach Resort! The ocean view was absolutely breathtaking and one of the highlights of our trip. Our room was very clean, and the beds and pillows were comfortable and fresh, making it easy to relax after a day at the beach. The hot tub was great, and we spent a lot of time enjoying the beautiful views from the property. The bar downstairs is outstanding with a fun atmosphere, great drinks, and friendly service. We also loved having Sloppy Joe's right next door. The food was good, and the outdoor bar area was one of our favorite places to hang out and enjoy the beach vibe. The only negative thing I can mention is that the hot water in our room never got truly hot and was more warm than hot. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Live music across the street at Ricky T's was an added bonus. Their food is amazing!! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Bilmar Beach Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway!"

"Waited after check in time to check in. Debbie stated 4pm is just a recommended time but not a guaranteed time to receive the key. Several elevators were broken, and room was extremely dirty. I was told the room was upgraded how've it was dirty. Hair still in the tub."

"The manager that checked us in was absolutely deplorable. While the property was very nice we would never stay there again after being treated so poorly by him. When I say his behavior was deplorable, my husband and were in sincere shock by what took place. We only stayed part of our reservation and left early bc of how horrible he was. It put a dark cloud on our entire experience there. He continued to be rude and awkward to us every time we encountered him after as well. The rest of the staff however was extremely wonderful and went above and beyond. But we would never feel comfortable going back there again sadly. This was our 20yr anniversary trip and this one person really did there best to ruin it for us."

"Will definitely be back!! This hotel is well worth the price. The wait staff and bartenders are so great. Pool area is gorgeous and you get discounted chair rentals at the beach. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. Hotel was overall very quiet, never could hear people in the hall or other balconies. Cannot bet the location!! Was seriously so impressed."
