Holiday Isles Resort in Madeira Beach, Florida, is truly a gem! The location alone is superb, nestled across the street just a hop and a skip to the beautiful sandy beach, offering spectacular sunset views and easy access to the warm gulf waters. The accommodations are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a perfect home away from home. What really sets Holiday Isles apart, however, is the exceptional customer service. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcome and taken care of. Whether it's a family vacation or a solo getaway, this resort offers the perfect blend of relaxation and beachside fun. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable beach experience!

This was a great place to stay. The front desk was friendly and we were able to check in early. The room was clean and tidy. It looked as if it was freshly painted and/or remodeled. It was close to dining. Walking distance to the public access beach. I would stay here again.

Always love staying here. The staff is great, rooms are nice sized and comfortable. Short walk to the beach and a few of my favorite bars! Pool area is very nice!

THE WHOLE PLACE WAS TERRIBLE.WE ASKED FOR THE ROOM TO BE CLEANED DID NOT HAPPEN.DIRTY TOWELS,SHOWER,KITCHEN, EVERYTHING.THE HEALTH DEPT. WOULD HAVE A GREAT DAY. THIS IS PART OF MY REVIEW.

I think the property was very clean and well maintained, however, the beds make a very loud sound upon getting up kinda like a thin metal popping back into place. It is very loud and woke people up at night whenever anyone got up. Also the bathroom door only locked from the outside!!?? Not sure what that is about but the teenage girls with us felt very awkward about that. We aldo wish the pool was warmer.

It was fairly priced, especially during the Spring Break rush. Walkable to the beach. As good as any of the hotels for rooms without a beachfront view.

I was surprised because I thought I had booked a nonsmoking resort located on the ocean and beach side of the street. Instead it's on the opposite side of the street and very run down and in need of a thorough cleaning both inside and outside. The floor in the room is modern day laminate, but the kitchen cabinets and couch were from the 1960's. The furniture is old, dark, and not clean. Housekeeping needs to scrub the floors and wash down the walls and open the doors and windows after smokers leave. I'm a nonsmoker and It smelled like wet pets and cigarette smoke in my room. In addition, many smokers lighting up and puffing away outside the rooms. I never would have booked here had I known it was smoker friendly. Smokers can't smell themselves, but I can smell them inside and outside in the air, couch, walls, ceiling, drapes, etc. Worst room I've ever stayed in because of the dirt, grime, and lingering smoke, and pet smells. If you're a smoker and have a smelly pet this would be your place to stay. I'm not into that vacation lifestyle.

There was supposed to be no smoking in the rooms, but right outside stunk like cigarettes and weed. The smell would drift into our room. We complained once, but no use. Also, people yelling outside and then the garbage truck came before 0700. The positive was we had a spacious room and the staff were friendly.

The bed was on a metal frame so everytime you sat on the bed it sounded like a metal drum. The mattress was uncomfortable. The second day the ac quit working. We had a tv but most channels were not very popular. We left without staying the 2nd night. They had a nice pool and good parking. It was in a great location for what we needed it for. It is very convenient for walking to great restaurants and pretty quiet.

The location is great, it's across the street from the beach, restaurants are all around in easy walking distance, pool is kept up. I can't really comment to much on the rooms, because we had the smallest one, but it was efficient, it looks like they put some money in to making the rooms more efficient. All in all it was a great stay, and Anthony at the front desk will take care of your needs. Thank you Holiday Isle!

Not worth the price
This place is old and worn down. It has not been maintained well at all. The floor was filthy, and the shower was moldy. Linens at least were clean. The door/doorframe is so warped that when people are smoking outside, the smell of cigarette smoke infiltrates the room. The a/c unit did not work well; it was set at 65 and still was warm in the room. The staff was nice enough but I definitely would not stay here again for the price we paid. You can pay the same price and find something much nicer in this area.

Great place to stay. I was a little nervous after reading reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. Clean & great beds. Reasonably priced. We would definitely stay again. Absolutely no bugs!
