The price they charge is out of control for the amenities offered. They won’t park oversized vehicles. So we spent so much time finding street parking in which they would not provide us with any advice or recommendations. Just your on your own. Room service is limited. Not all day. They only have a breakfast and then a dinner. Again you’re on your own for lunch. The menu items are ver scarce. The one staff member (bellman ) Bobby was amazing. He was the only thing we liked.

I was in town for the annual St Anthonys triathlon. They only do valet only now which is highly inconvenient for triathletes and gear. I was denied a late checkout and my friend that stayed there was given late checkout. The maid also knocked on my door before checkout time even with a “do not disturb sign” on the door. Was dissapointed-definitely not the same experience I had two years ago. The property and hotel are beautiful and I was able to check in a half hour early. It is convnenient to Vinoy park.

We checked in around 9:40pm. We had a reservation for a king. They did not have any king beds and put us in an annex of the main hotel in a room with two queen beds. The air conditioning did not work and it was 78 degrees all night, we were in the last room. We paid $1100. including resort fees. It was miserable stuff and hot. Very disappointing. The front desk just said they would let maintenance know about the air.

I loved the area, the hotel was beautiful the only thing that was really really frustrating was that we waited to get checked in to our room for an hour and a half after check in time, we just came in from a 4 hour car drive, we were tired, starving, we had our dog with us he needed water and we were just stranded in the lobby no food was available on premise at the time they told us we had to walk a couple blocks to get food! Nobody explained how to get around some elevators took us to our floor some elevators did not it was very confusing! When we finally got in our room after 2 hours we tried to order room service nobody answered, in the morning I tried ordering room service for breakfast and nobody answered again! I think they are understaffed, and the staff that is working are a bit overworked!
