Horrivel - Não reserve.

Parece mais um motel barato que qualquer outra coisa. A entrada é uma escada completamente suja e destruída pelo tempo sem recepção nem nada. Depois de subir um andar então aparece a recepção que mantém a aparência de um local não muito bem frequentado. As fotos do lugar não correspondem a realidade. Nem fiquei hospedado no local de tão ruim que era. Tive que sair procurando outro hotel no meio da noite num país que poucas pessoas falam inglês. Entrei em contato com o hotéis.com solicitando o cancelamento. Eles pediram inicialmente que eu tentasse falar com a recepção para cancelar a reserva. A pessoa não falava inglês. Eles ligaram lá no dia seguinte e também não conseguiram falar pois ninguém fala inglês no hotel. Ficaram de mandar um email pra ver o que fazer. Acho que a hotéis.com não deveria colocar este tipo de hotel em seu site.

Ok for a cheap overnight stay.

I have read some positive reviews so I think we must have just been unlucky but the only real positive was that the location was handy for the metro. I am not a fussy person and I have done a lot of traveling but the hotel was hard to find and the stairs to reach reception stank and a rat ran past me! The rooms were very small and noisy and the bathroom also smelt of damp. And I am really sorry to say that I didn't expect the staff to speak English but they did not try to help our Russian speaking friend when she asked about visas and taxis.

Gute Lage, dürftige Ausstattung

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, sehr zentral, der Stadtteil ist sehr schön mit vielen gastronomischen Angeboten. Das Personal war weitestgehend sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Allerdings sollte man russisch sprechen, englisch wird kaum verstanden. Überraschend ist allerding, dass die Zimmer in den oberen Etagen keine richtigen Fenster haben. Lediglich eine Art Kellerfenster auf Kniehöhe. Der Eingang ist schwer zu finden und das Treppenhaus in einem erschreckendem Zustand. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr gemütlich, Zimmer waren sauber. Man hört allerdings seine Nachbarn und die Reinigungskräfte. Man sollte darauf achten wann man nach Sankt Petersburg fährt, da im Sommer zu gewissen Zeiten für eine bis zwei Wochen in ganzen Stadtteilen kein warmes Wasser aus den Leitungen zu verfügung steht.

Tout petit hotel

on arrive dans une cour , et l'entrée est mal indiquée ; quand on arrive enfin devant la porte après avoir cherché, on se demande dans quel genre d'hôtel on va habiter !! la porte d'entrée et l'escalier sont délabrés ,en très mauvais état , et d'une propreté douteuse ; ns ns sommes demandé où nous arrivions !!! - une fois dedans, m^me si très simple, c'est correct. heureusement que nous étions 4 pour nous remonter mutuellement le moral ! De la lumière allumée toute la journée et toute la nuit dans l'espece de mezzanine surlaquelle les chambres donnaient, qui nous genait pour dormir , et pas possible de la faire éteindre . ce n'est vraiment pas le genre d'hotel que je m'attendais à louer par l'intermédiaire de SNCF-voyages

Convenient Location

The Hotel is not luxurious. It is basic accommodation with a self service kitchen. Having said that, my room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was adequate and the shower was excellent. Very good eating places were close and enjoyable. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there.

За эти деньги другого и не ждал

В номере малюсенькое окно размером 80*60 см. Зато большое окно нарисовано на стене. Прям каморка папы Карло))) Более-менее чисто. Номер маленький, но для ночевки пойдет. По факту заявленной на сайте парковки нет. В гостинице отсутствует элементарный кулер с питьевой водой. Второй раз туда не поеду.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, great location close to subway, affordable. We felt safe and well taken care of. The only downside it's not very sound-proof. You might hear your neighbors talk and walk. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Для неприхотливых клиентов

Обещанных в описании отеля тапочек, халата, ж/к телевизора, кондиционера, чая/кофе, балкона/внутреннего дворика не было. Из туалетных принадлежностей жидкое мыло, полотенца и туалетная бумага. столов нет. На кухне можно разогреть еду, взять тарелки и приборы и уйти в комнату, в которой нет стола. дверь в номер тонюсенькая, с прозрачной вставкой. Спасает общее впечатление только персонал: очень вежливый, отзывчивый. Девушка на ресепшине призналась, что работает недавно, имя не запомнили. Ей большое спасибо :) скрасила впечатление.
