Het appartementje was netjes en had precies de goede voorzieningen voor een kort verblijf, een week in ons geval, in St.Petersburg. De locatie midden in het centrum was ideaal. Ondanks dat er geen receptie was verliep de communicatie met de beheersters snel, plezierig en direct via whatsapp. Oja, het enige wat wij misten was een theedoek. Dat zegt, lijkt mij genoeg.

Smell of the shower curtain in the bathroom was unbearable. There was no instruction for an electric hob. We were trying to use it anyway - no success. It would be nice if there were kitchen paper towels and a cutting knife in the kitchen. The bed and the beddings were very good. Towels are OK. Hairdryer was very good. Wi Fi connection was good sometimes, and sometimes it was OK. The central location was the best thing! The main thing for us was to enjoy the city and we did!

Плюсы - расположение - отличное, Казанский собор и Невский проспект - реально 10-12 минут. Много столовых, булочных, Перекресток и Дикси в округе. Минус - размер номера - очеень маленький. Втроем было трудно развернуться, а если раздвинуть диван, то все, никто пройти не может. Подойдет для размещения двоих. На втором этаже на кровати полное ощущение что в плацкарте, потолок низковат. Очень душно.

Alina was very friendly, helpful, proactive and responsive which was great. The apartment is relatively small but has all the comforts you need for a short break. It is cheap and cheerful, clean and recently renovated. Great location in the center of town to explore the city from. I would recommend this place!

Очень необычные и уютные маленькие номера. Кровать расположена втором этаже под потолком. Необычно ... ребенок был в восторге ... единственное - спасть наверху жарковато ... но погода стояла очень жаркая. Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Встретили, заселили, всегда на связи по вотсапу.

Отличное расположение внутри Адмиралтейского района - близко от Невского и Казанской, пешком можно дойти до Думской, Садовой, Фонтанки, Мойки, Рубинштейна и большинства основных достопримечательностей Адмиралтейского района. Окна выходят в тихий двор, сам дом на набережной. Прямо по соседству сразу несколько заведений из топ-рейтинга Собаки и Village, особенно по завтракам. Небольшие, но довольно приличные апартаменты по соотношению цена-качество.

The hotel location was really good (sor sightseeing, eating, shopping). Organizing check-in was a bit of a challenge since the hotel doesn't have a check-in desk - it took some telephoning before the trip and organizing an internet connection first thing there. The staff, however, was very responsive, very nice, very helpful! The mezzanine's ceiling was really low, more so than expected. Technically, there was room for 4 people, but there were three of us (1 adult, two children), and it did get a bit full. Maybe I should have paid closer attention to that. All in all, super location, very well equipped and organized, very clean.

Situation of the flat was excellent. Near all the sights. Everything very clean in the flat. 2 small hobs would have been infinitely better than one. A coffee pot would also have been good. We took one so we were ok. Overall an economical and very good stay.

A localização é excelente. Fiz a maioria dos passeios caminhando. Fica próximo do Hermitage, das igrejas, da rua mais famosa de São Petersburgo. Ao lado tem um ótimo restaurante. O apartamento é pequeno, mas confortável. Limpo. Tem wifi, frigobar. Na área comum há água quente e gelada para beber, microondas e máquina de lavar. O problema foi na comunicação. Contratei o transfer, mas até o dia do voo não tinha informação de onde esperar ou a placa do carro. O wifi do aeroporto não funcionou e tive que ir pro lado de fora tentar encontrar uma rede aberta. Durou uma hora. Consegui contato e a administradora do apartamento disse que o carro tinha ido embora, que poderíamos pegar um táxi oficial. Finalmente tinha o endereço exato do apartamento. O táxi nos deixou no portão e não tínhamos como entrar. Ficamos na porta por uma hora. Resolvemos andar com as malas pra achar um wifi aberto. Finalmente conseguimos e informamos sobre nossa chegada. Tatiana foi muito simpática ao mostrar como funcionava o apartamento.

Апартаменты нам очень понравились, как и обслуживание. Приехали рано утром, нас встретила очень вежливая администратор, оформление прошло быстро и без лишней суеты. Номер у нас был на двоих, комната маленькая, но в то же время достаточно уютная для проживания. Есть всё необходимое, включая холодильник и даже мультиварку) душ и туалет индивидуальные, что необычно для такого маленького помещения. Это немаловажно. Апартаменты двухуровневые, на втором уровне находился большой, мягкий и довольно удобный матрас-кровать. Это добавило ещё больше уюта, нехватки места совсем не ощущалось. Оформление яркое, но не навязчивое, всё гармонично. В наличии было 3 комплекта полотенец, 2 комплекта постельных принадлежностей. Спать можно было и на первом уровне на диване, т.е. номер подходит и для трёх человек. Посуда тоже в наличии, включая сковороду и кастрюльку. Бронировали номер наугад и не прогадали. За демократичную цену получили комфортное проживание и яркие впечатления) Спасибо персоналу Griboedov ART!

Были с ребёнком в апартаментах Грибоедов Арт в мае 2017, в целом хорошее впечатление об отеле, всё необходимое есть в номере и небольшом холле. Очень близко от Невского пр., метро рядом, а также магазины и аптека. На первом этаже отеля находится ресторан, вечером и ночью было довольно шумно, если окно открыто ... но если не открывать, то душновато... хотя в номере есть кондиционер на полке (мы не пользовались, боялись простыть). Для приготовления пищи всё есть, просто супер! даже мультиварка! Вода в кулере в холле и горячая, и холодная! Интересная планировка номеров, спали на верхней антресоли, где мягкий большой матрас и мягкие подушки.Звукоизоляция номеров хорошая, ничего не было слышно. Интернет работал отлично! Телевизионные каналы работали, но изображение не очень. Выход из отеля во внутренний двор, там два больших мусорных контейнера и в них живёт здоровая крыса, видели два раза. Ребёнку она понравилась :) В целом советую и по цене, и по качеству! В следующий раз хотим сюда же.

Приезжали в Петербург вдвоём на несколько дней, чтобы посмотреть город. Первое, что хочется отметить - удобное расположение отеля. В номере мы проводили не очень много времени, в основном гуляли, но после насыщенного дня было комфортно отдыхать в апартаментах. Есть небольшой минус. Из-за того, что кровать расположена высоко под потолком, спать было жарко, не помогало открытое окно, однако в номере был маленький вентилятор, который спасал ситуацию. Главный плюс данного отеля - мини-кухня. Можно приготовить что-то, для этого есть все необходимое. В целом было чисто и уютно, прекрасное соотношение цена-качество.
