Довольно большая площадь номеров, чистота, удобные кровати, хорошего качества белье и полотенца, удобное расположение отеля - рядом остановка, продуктовый магазин, столовая, музей Эрарта, Ленэкспо. До метро, правда, далеко, но автобусы и троллейбусы в помощь. Найти отель легко. Район тихий, - со сном проблем не будет. Однако комары не дремлют, и их в этом году много, а противомоскитных сеток на окнах нет. Наверное, можно спастись всякими дезинсекторами, включающимися в розетку, - и это повод подумать администрации отеля. Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный, правда, периодически рассеянный, - путают, забывают и т.п. Проверяйте у стойки, правильно ли вас поняли)))). Ну и небольшой, но для кого-то могущий стать существенным, минус. В отеле, кроме основного номерного фонда имеются несколько довольно страшненьких комнаток, именующихся номерами эконом-класса. Причём на сайте их реальных фото нет. Т.е. бронируете вы как бы нормальный номер, а попадаете в, мягко говоря, не очень. Так что обращайте внимание на категорию номера при бронировании. Я попала именно так, далее у нас с администрацией произошли конструктивные переговоры, по результату которых меня переселили. Однако стоит иметь в виду это обстоятельство, чтобы не испортить себе впечатление об отеле и времени, проведённом в СПб в целом. Резюмируя, хочу сказать, что пребывание в отеле и уровень его услуг у меня оставили приятное впечатление, чего и всем гостям желаю).
