"Overall, my stay was pleasant and relaxing. While I did not partake in any excursions, many were offered. The staff was friendly and very hospitable. One morning our group arrived to the dining area early and the server was running late. The chef/cook took initiative to take our orders and start cooking until the server came. We really appreciated that. Expect to pay a little more for services because convenience after all will cost you! Easy access to beach, pool and bar was the best part of my time there. If you dont have a lot of bags and dont mind walking, you can literally walk to this resort. Roughly 12 minutes! Overall, you will enjoy your time here whether you come alone or with family and friends!"

"Was able to check into our room early. Enjoyed a complimentary frozen rum drink upon check in. Excellent view above the city with on site restaurant and pool. Breakfast included and spaces to park your vehicle. Had a large king memory foam bed. Just a small amount of ants on the bathroom sink but was taken care of immediately. Has a mini fridge and microwave for drinks and snacks as well. Well worth the money and just a 5-6 drive to mountain top and about 15 minutes to the airport."

"I can't complain the staff i encountered we all friendly event security. I didn't have them clean my room during my stay. But i did ask for fresh towels and got immediately. Rooms clean views lovely easy to get taxis if not driving. If you up for it walking distance from most hot spots and food."

"The room was beautiful! They upgraded us at no extra cost to us ! The food was Delicious and fresh. All the staff... every single one of them in maintenance, housekeeping, reception, bartenders, servers, culinary staff are so welcoming, amazing and so kind. You're very lucky to find such a wonderful group of people to represent the Pink Palm hotel in St Thomas🙏 I spoke with them all to thank them for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!"

"When I arrived the check in staff was fabulous!! Overall the property is clean and beautiful. Although, it was overall clean my bathroom floor could use a thorough cleaning. Not sure if it is the norm but the response for room service is terribly delayed. Once I reached someone on the line they did provide a quick turnaround for my request. The Westin Resort did not post any events during my stay but maybe I didn’t catch them at a good time. Overall, it was a good experience."
