The staff and the suite we stayed in were wonderful. Very clean property and kind communication from start to finish. They were very understanding when our flights were delayed by 20 hours, and made sure we were all set to just relax as soon as we finally arrived. My friends and I will definitely be back to this wonderful place, and we want to stay at Crystal Cove again!

This was our second stay here in the same unit. We love it here. The beach is great snd so close. It's quiet at night and lovely during day. Red Hook is close so if you need groceries or take the ferry to St John, it is convenient and doable. Highly recommended.

Stairs to an upper level unit is tough for an elderly couple. Our unit could use more cooking utensils. Property was well kept and beautiful. Beaches were clean. Plenty of beach chairs available. Everyone we met, both travelers and locals were friendly.

What a wonderful place! The villa we stayed in was nice and looked exactly like the pictures I was seeing online during booking. The beach access was the best part of everything. Beautiful!

Hi! Thanks for staying with us. We do have Sling TV with some local channels available, as well as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. Local cable is horrendous and SD, not worth the trouble...

The outside looks a little aged but the inside is updated and perfect. Lots of hot water, the new refrigerator is better than ours at home and the AC works great. The baths are fully modern and are equipped with most all the toiletries you need. The kitchen is fully equipped and the view out the back is beautiful.

We liked the location of the property at the beach and how close it was to the ferry. However, the unit we stayed in was very disappointing! It was not clean at all The shower in the on-suite didn’t work and the toilet in the main house barely worked. There was thick layers of dust on every fixture and around the bathroom exhaust fans. The dish washer we didn’t use because it didn’t look to be in good condition and to top it all off….THE PLACE HAS ROACHES!!! The 4 and half days we were there, we killed 7 roaches and that was in addition to the dead ones that the previous tenants stomped but left on the floors. The bed linen and pillow cases were thin and dingy (needed to be replaced) Basically, the place was tidied up and not cleaned. They also need to regularly spray every corner with pesticides. Regardless of what you may hear, it’s not an Island thing! We’ve stayed at other Islands 3 different times and this is the only time we’ve had to deal with roaches. We definitely would look elsewhere if we decide to visit again.

Joseph, if there is an issue, pls reach out. We are and were available to you 18hrs a day. With cleaning staff on property daily. I know most of the issues you reference are over exaggerated, I stayed in the unit myself (the owner) prior to your arrival and had no shower or toilet issues. As for the Roaches. Yes, it IS a tropical island, so bear that in mind and we also share walls, piping, and ducting with 54 other units. We try and keep our unit immaculate and Pest control comes once a month to spray. I just cannot control what others do 2, 4, or many doors down unfortunately. Regardless, we hope you enjoyed your stay on St Thomas and enjoyed the beautiful beaches!

We loved staying at Crystal Cove! Our condo was beautiful, updated, and right on the beach! The quick beach access was one of the best perks! We loved having the Sapphire beach bar and coffee shop close by and also being super close to the Red Hook shopping area! We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

This property was great. It is right on the beach. There is a beach bar and 2 restaurants on the property. There is also a coffee/ breakfast shop right there. They serve ice cream too! You get free beach chairs at the beach when you give your condo number. The staff was very nice. Only complaints would be that there isn't a working washer/dryer in the unit. Prior comments stated it was replaced but it wasn't. However, the cleaning staff did offer to do my laundry. Also, a vacuum cleaner would be nice to clean up sand in unit. There was a broom but that doesn't really do a good job. And the pull out couches need new mattresses. A small cooler would have been nice for the days we ventured to other beaches such as Magens Bay, which was gorgeous. The condo has pretty much everything you would need. A beach blanket, rafts, tennis rackets, coffee maker (kerig and standard), pots, pans, utensils, extra pillows, etc. The master king bed was great with a foam mattress. I slept great! The condo itself was close to Red Hook where there is a grocery store and a bunch of restaurants. The food is pricey on the island. We rented a car and drove to a Kmart where we could get some cheaper food items (pasta, cereal, etc.) They drive on the left side which was scary at first but after a few trips out and about, it felt ok. There aren't any highways and the island is very laid back, so it was fine. We took the car ferry to St.Johns one of the days. That was fun. Overall, a nice vacation.

This villa is immaculate and up to date with new amenities and comfortable furnishings. The property manager met us and gave us a personal tour even though we were later than expected for check in due to a rental car agency issue. The beach is steps from the villa and very beautiful. There are places on the property, near the villa, to get drinks, excellent pizza, and breakfast as well as lunch items. The resort saves Beach chairs for the villa occupants. It’s a six minute drive to a high end grocer and the ferry boat terminal to St. John. Ut was a lovely and convenient place to stay. You can’t go wrong here if staying in St. Thomas for loveliness and convenience. We would highly recommend a rental car if you stay here. Too hard to walk to get groceries. Highly recommend.

Great view., everyone was nice and professional. You are close to redhook and ferry. The room was good, slightly worn but nice. I recommend enhance cleaning in between guests. It wasn't dirty but we found water bottles, paperwork, etc.. of former guests. I recommend staying there

The property was very nice. Very quiet- except for the roosters-but we found that to be charming. The beach can get crowded with cruise ship visotors, but some days there were very few people. Proximity to some good restaurants and a grocery store was ideal. We were disappointed that the in-unit washer and drier did not work as we limited what we packed, thinking we could do laundry.

Location of this property is perfect. My wife and I celebrated our 10 yr wedding anniversary here. We never left the property, with the exception of a boat ride to St. John for snorkling. The property had everything we needed. Excellent trip, we will be returning!

Great location close to beach with easy taxi access to Redhook. Sea was rough while we were there compared to other beaches we visited. Villa is very nicely appointed, very clean with lovely decor. It is part of a complex without lobby or concierge service so we used the nearby Sapphire Bay Bar for dining and as an easy place to get taxi service. Swimming pool is very salty, located behind condos with no beach view and tired looking and salt pond in middle of complex was covered in algae and needed some attention.But overall had a good week.

This was a beach front condo. Beautiful inside and out. Short distance from red hook and a great snorkeling beach right outside the front door. Would highly recommend and we will return to this spot. Wish they had timeshares for sale.

The condo we stayed in (Via Nautilus) was great. Very modern and well kept. Lots of closet space and updated bathrooms and kitchen. My only complaint is that we couldn't use the fabulous looking jacuzzi tub because the drain wouldn't plug.

The Villas at Sapphire Beach were very pleasant. We were welcomed in with a tour, the beach was private, there were 2 beachside restaurant/bars, a coffee shop, and a marina all in walking distance. Very close to red hook. Beautiful place to stay.

We loved our stay at this property. Everything was clean, beach was at walking distance, private and safe, The kids love it, you can snorkel in there, we were able to see several tropical fish and two rays. We rent a car (always recommended), taxis are expensive and not easy available. However, ferry was less than a mile, the same for the grocery stores and restaurants and Coral World with Coki beach (excellent for snorkel) were close by as well. We hope we can return. Communication was very fluid for directions and questions about the area. Kudos to Xaverie and Paul for their good work.
