Great location near Magens Bay and 12 minutes drive to town. The property has great poolside views and a good coffee shop on property. Also great casual restaurant for lunch or dinner. Room was spacious. I had a room with a loft that was huge.

The service was good the staff was very friendly and helpful. A few minor inconveniences like the remotes to the tvs not working, no WiFi upon arrival both of which were minor because I didn’t plan to be in the room for the majority of the day but you may want to come home unwind and watch a little tv. Besides that everything else was great, the have a really nice coffee shop on site and sometimes have a live band playing by the pool.

Everything was nice. The room was beautiful, and the property was very well kept. Short walk to Megan's Bay Beach. The little cafe onsite was very expensive, but so was everything else in St. Thomas. Ms. Barbara was extremely nice and made sure that we were well taken care of during our stay.

I was worried about some bad reviews I had seen but it was quite nice. Hot tub wasn't working but the two pools were nice. Coffee shop and restaurant really good. Rooms were clean and nice but the 3 steps down into the living room and back up 3 to the bedroom/kitchen area took a little getting used to.

When it comes to great hospitality this place stands out. Budget friendly option, where you get more than you pay for. Staff was very helpful at checkin. We arrived early so the host directed us to the resteraunt located at the hotel. We stopped in for lunch, where the service was great and the food was even better. We then took a minute to soak up the view of the Island, while taking a few pictures. By that time it was time to check-in which was fast and friendly. When we got to our room, we were blown away by the view and the spacious area. Overall, great experience, great food and even better hospitality.

The staff was helpful especially Barbara (loved her). We were moved from our room twice due to assignment errors but they were quick to respond and correct the errors. They were very understanding of our frustration and made accommodations accordingly.

I ended up in the same room I was in for Christmas. It was very clean and well stocked with towels and shampoos. Nice big screen tv and cold fridge and freezer. The grounds are older, but well kept up. It's a struggle keeping afloat on the islands and this resort is no different. The staff was excellent and very helpful. I know they would appreciate your support! I've lived on St. John for over 30 years so I know how hard it is to turn a profit here!

Overall the hotel was great. By comparison, great value for the money, but the location was a bit removed from city center or even the Meagan’s bay. Though both are relatively close, there is no safe way to walk to and from, given the lack of sidewalks or lights, especially at night, requiring a taxi or rental car. That being said, the food was good and during our one night stay, the hotel had life music which was really nice. Yes, I recommend it and yes, I would stay there again!
