Great location near Magens Bay and 12 minutes drive to town. The property has great poolside views and a good coffee shop on property. Also great casual restaurant for lunch or dinner. Room was spacious. I had a room with a loft that was huge.

Beautiful view about a mile up the “hill” from Magens Bay-comfortable room, pool, coffee shop for easy breakfast runs before venturing out-easy access to island in any direction -and cat sanctuary so lots of friends roaming

me an my wife who are locals spend the memorial weekend there an was very impressed with our room nice an clean nice ocean view from the balcony. nice excellent restaurant to have dinner.Had the chance to talk an meet Babara very nice lady that works there an do an awesome job...... Everything was nice. The room was beautiful, and the property was very well kept. Short walk to Megan's Bay Beach. The little cafe onsite was very expensive, but so was everything else in St. Thomas. Ms. Barbara was extremely nice and made sure that we were well taken care of during our stay.

The service was good the staff was very friendly and helpful. A few minor inconveniences like the remotes to the tvs not working, no WiFi upon arrival both of which were minor because I didn’t plan to be in the room for the majority of the day but you may want to come home unwind and watch a little tv. Besides that everything else was great, the have a really nice coffee shop on site and sometimes have a live band playing by the pool.

Flamboyan is awesome. Amazing view of Magens Bay. Barbara who runs it is legit and the coffee shop onsite had amazing coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Highly recommended!
