"We had a leak in our bathroom ceiling and had to move to another unit second day of stay. Called in the morning to report leak. No one told us we had to move to another unit till 3 pm in the afternoon while we were getting ready to go to St. John for dinner reservations. We had to move all of our stuff at 9:30 at night along with all the groceries we Chad just purchased. Very inconvenient. The attendant helping hardly lifted a finger to help. No compensation for this inconvenience. Told the general manager was not available to speak with us on a Monday when we checked out. In my opinion they should have been ready to compensate us upon checkout. Instead attendant gave a fake name and asked us to email about our inconvenience of changing rooms. "

"I recently stayed at Emerald Beach Resort and wanted to share feedback about my experience, specifically regarding the restaurant and pool service. While the location itself is beautiful, the service was extremely disappointing. Each time I visited the restaurant or bar, it took 10–15 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me. This happened consistently, not just once. What made the situation more frustrating is that a service charge/tip is already included, yet the level of service did not reflect that at all. Additionally, at the pool area, there was a staff member who appeared to work in the kitchen approaching guests and speaking to them in a loud and aggressive manner because they forgot to lock the pool door. Instead of creating a relaxing environment, it felt tense and unpleasant. Overall, while the property itself is beautiful, the service and overall guest experience need serious improvement. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future guests can have a better experience."

"I did not require a shuttle. The kitchen area had wverything you needed to prepare a meal. The restroom was clean. Overall, everything was nice!"

"Clean rooms and great views in Lindberg Bay. Older hotel. No restaurant but does have a nice bar and pool. VERY close to airport so can just walk there if you don't have much luggage which is the main reason we stayed there since we just got off a 10 day sailing vacation. "

"No elevator, so climbing stairs up 3 floors with suitcases was rough. The room was in need of repairs. A recent water main break had the shower water coming out rusty. The only positives were the location and the pleasantness of the staff. "
