"This was a very unfortunate experience, upon check in a couple was having a serious altercation, and front desk only called police after I suggested she does that. She admitted the visitor had already abused his guess the night before and she did nothing. Upon getting to our room, TV does not work, internet, down, limited fresh towels, cats everywhere like a petting zoo, and the service men looked unprofessional is my choice of word. I can never bring my family back. I have stayed on this...
