"I booked the room on Hotels.com at 1040pm and then called the front desk to inform them of a late arrival. They told me the lobby closed at 10pm and it was my fault for booking the room and hung up on me. No refund, no working with me on options. The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had."

"The Alexander House is best known for great food. The motel rooms are dated but they are clean, shower pressure is good. Towels could use replacement. It is in my hometown and I like supporting it when I am back for a visit."
