"Complimentary breakfast was top notch plus the delivery | Receptionist response to my request in the night and morning was swift | Location is serene | Budget friendly for the kind of bed comfort I got The WiFi access was not working, not a big deal as I came with my own portable internet access. "

"The hotel had roaches in the hallway and in our room. After my husband complained they sent out a letter saying that they are going to fumigate 9pm til 4 am. After the fumigation a roach was on our bed crawling. BEWARE!!! Everyday at the breakfast buffet they tried to charge us for one of the meals. They said only one buffet was free. Really and I registered the room with 2 adults. They need a mosquito net in the bathroom because a lot of insects were getting in. We kept the bathroom door closed and light on. The Wi-Fi the password is only good for 24 hours. The Wi-Fi doesn't reconnect when you come back into the hotel. The elevator is very small and the second one was not in service."

"The property was very nice. Only that Expedia neglected to information me about property upgrade renovation. Other than that wonderful hotel. I can't wait to go back and enjoy the upgrades. "
