"Employees need to improve their friendliness. The hotel is located in a noisy environment while it is equiped of inappropriate glass windows, which do not filter external noises. Humidity is see in the rooms."

"Good choice for Kinshasa. Multiple restaurants, pool, security, fitness, etc. Will definitely book next time. Only downside is the time to transfer to and from the airport."

"This is a Chinese hotel. In a French speaking country, this hotel has everything written in Chinese.
There was a big hole in the ceiling of my bathroom but no creatures came in. There are no phones in the rooms. So if you want room svc, you have to physically go to the restaurant to order your “room svc”.
More notable, because there are no phones in the rooms, if you have an emergency or need urgent help, you would have to run out (if you can) or just scream.
Beware, there are interesting little bugs that that keep coming out so keep your suitcase closed.
The Congolese staff were very friendly and helpful. I was amazed at how they managed to do their work when everything (even their computer system) is in Chinese!
