"I ended up needing to get a room due to a snow storm and stayed for the night. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is located near several local restaurants which gave several options for dinner. Due to the snow, some locals were out doing donuts in the nearby parking lots, but that seemed like some abnormal noise. Fantastic Stay!
"Absolutely amazing!! My group booked a riding/ camping trip at Hatfield McCoy Trails, but our campsite got washed out from a storm. Fox Run Resort was the perfect solution! Short distance from the trails. Quick 6 min machine ride to Devils Anse trailhead. The hosts, Shawn and Lexi, were so accommodating with helping my group. The clean room was the perfect size for a group of four. Plenty of towels, games, and a cute kitchenette. There was a beautiful deck with lots of seating for larger groups outside. Plenty of parking, especially for those with trailers! Definitely a gem!! Be aware that there are dogs owned by neighboring residents that walk around the property. We will absolutely be booking again for our next trip to Hatfield and McCoy Trails. "
