"Deceptive practice. No housekeeping unless you specifically request it. We stayed 2 nights. When we returned the first day, the bed was left unmade and garbage was not removed. At checkin I was asked if I wanted fresh towels in the room or would I prefer to pick up towels at the front desk. I said I would like them in the room by housekeeping. I wanted housekeeping to provide them. So thats all they did, Nothing else! How stupid is that? Sorry we won’t return to this hotel again."

"There was no manager on site to assist us with a reservation issue as well as room issues. The light next to the bed did not function, the bathroom ceiling was discolored, and the bathroom door creaked loudly when opened or closed. Hotel has potential but is hampered by poor management."

"Checked in middle of night-staff Leo was friendly. Accommodated my room request for ground floor. Room felt clean! Bathroom very clean! Beds comfy! Pillows nice! I would have given 5 stars except for a beetle bug in corner-however it is the south. Hard to keep them out. Great for a short overnight we needed on way down to SC"
