Our stay was nice, no complaints about our room. However it would have been better, had I not been DOUBLE CHARGED ! The lady that checked us in even said it was not a DOUBLE CHARGE, when in fact is WAS ! So we spent well over an hour on the phone with Expedia and they resolved the issue. Hilton was paid but I have to wait for 3-5 days before I receive my money! PROPER TRAINING would have stopped this.
