Do it. You won't be disappointed

Really enjoyed our stay here, was up visiting family and found this place instead of a dull hotel type thing. Cracking place for the kids, genuinely nice owners and near enough to be great.

Highly recommend!

We were upgraded to the self catering flat. Was beautifully clean, spacious and very well equipped. We would highly recommend it. The owners are lovely and helpful and do a great breakfast!

Great Property

Lower Drayton Farm was excellent. We used the room to be close to our friends in Brocton. The room was spacious and well maintained. A good hearty breakfast in the morning from great hosts

A quiet adventure of nature

Wonderful hotel with all individual rooms. Very nicely and personal decorated. Bathroom was very big and luxurious with both bath and shower. WiFi wasn’t working properly at the moment but landlady was about to fix it. We arrived late in the evening and easily found our envelope with instructions. Very convenient. Continental and cooked breakfast was included, just ordered as we wished for. The landlady did more than necessary to make my son happy with food. At breakfast we were helped to see the peacock outside the window. After breakfast we were given some snacks for the Emu’s to feed them. Donkey’s were also in the field. A very peaceful and quiet place. I’d love to come back!

Good value

Husband stayed whilst on a course. Good value and nice quiet location. Big room and W suite with a bath and shower. Bed tad soft for his liking but fine for few days. Lovely owners. Very friendly. Ample breakfast tho as vegetarian no sausages etc. Plenty of eggs beans mushrooms and toast so all good. Very good value overall

Quaint and quiet.

Excellent hosts made for a great stay. Great location close to highway but still quiet and restful. Breakfast was excellent! Very good amenities with a large comfortable bed and clawfoot tub. The only significant drawback is that it was an older building on a working farm so it there were some minor maintenance issues that take away from it's appearance. That being said the housekeeping was still good. Some of the decoration may be too kitschy for some. All things considered I thought it was a great value.

Homely B&B

Huge bedroom & bathroom -very clean but too warm (Val did say that it was a warm room). Luckily I had my ear plugs with me so I had the fan on all night. Great breakfast, will definitely stay again if in the area.
