The area was good, close to airport. There is a close by convenience store. The only down side was the ad said this place was supped to accommodate 6 people , and truly the sofa bed was not enough for 2 little kids. Otherwise that stay was ok

For the price, it was a great property that met my family's needs. There was plenty of room, the area was quiet, and the unit itself was in very good condition. All in all, if you're staying in the area, this is a great choice. It is in a full residential area, so there are the inherent drawbacks. An excellent full scale grocery store was a twenty minute walk, a local shop 5 minutes, but other than that, shopping and dining options were extremely limited. It is also a little further away from transportation stations than we anticipated. .

My family and I arrived to the custodian cleaning. Was informed that the previous renter overstayed. When we went inside, the apartment was dirty in many places. So, we did a through cleaning. The space was sufficient and quiet. At night it did get chilly. Tried trying on the heater, but it didn’t work. Internet was provided and had a great signal. We received extra supplies upon request after the 7th day as advertised on the info sheet. Overall, the stay was great and convenient for children, as there’s a park across the street, a conscientious store up the street, and public transit.

Dear Amia Thank you for your positive review and we unfortunately had a situation where the previous guest decided to stay to past 2.30pm without authorisation and refused to leave, hence the cleaning team were under great pressure to prepare all the apartments that day, apologies. We had said to you when you arrived that we could come back for anything as you had arrived whilst preparation was underway. With regards to the heating you never once told us it was not working. Being August the boiler is switched to hot water mode but is easily switched to heating and hot water mode, there is also a separate thermostat for the heating. Once again thanks for choosing Heathrow Living Serviced Accommodation

Fantastic property in an ideal location, very modern and clean, great amenities, it has everything you need, my only criticism is that the smoke detectors are a nuisance as they are directly above the cooker, so cooking anything sets them off.

It was better than expected. Definitely highly recommend. 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a pull out sofa bed accommodated the 5 of us. It was perfect even if it was last minute. The only advice I can give is if you order take out or Uber or a taxi for some reason it’ll give them a different address which is behind the building just make sure to be very thorough. Other than that it was perfect. PS- all the pictures were taken after we left so its kinda messy but when we got there it was flawless.

Customer service is lacking. Aparment sufficient.
I found the apartments sufficient. My biggest issue really was the service. After calling the man onsite and requesting help with directions and access and explaining that I was without a computer or internet and with 1 and 3 year-olds he proceeded to insist that I check my emails and WhatsApp for a message that he sent earlier instead of assisting by verbally relaying pertinent details. Then when I got there I called a second time for assistance and received the same response despite being on site and still not having internet. It turns out that the details he was referring to were not actully sent untill moments after the 2nd call (according to app timestamps) and as I didnt have internet access I wouldn't have got it anyway. His colleague was retrospectivly far more helpful with his concern and messaging but I had worked it all out by then. It was humorous to get a request for a deposit about that was over 3x the value of the booking.

Dear Timothy Thank you for your review, we are of course concerned with your feedback: however, you booked on the 27th of November and we had mailed you immediately with details of how to complete your booking, and followed by further mails to you the same day as we were unable to reach you by phone as your phone number was not correct in the Expedia booking. On the 29th and again on 1 December we sent further emails pointing out that we could not reach you by phone and asking you to complete the booking process. Until such times as a booking is complete, of course we cannot provide access: Which is why, when you finally called us when at the apartment we were able to complete your booking and immediately give you access. It is unfortunate that your phone number was entered incorrectly in Expedia, and that you were obviously unable to see and respond to any emails for some reason that we are not privy to, from the time of your booking on 27th November until 4th December.

The apartment itself Is fantastic. It is about a 15 minute drive to the airport. And it is difficult to find. But once found, the entry was easy, the apartment was immaculate, and very comfortable. It is lovely! Would be a great place for an extended stay. I wish it was air conditioned (after a long hot day of traveling), and I further wish there were screens in the windows, since they had to be open to cool the place.

The apartment was beautiful inside with very considerate touches such as individual cereal assortment, plenty of coffee and teas, and luxurious bath towels! It was also conveniently located near lots of restaurants, shops, and Heathrow.

Property was in disrepair with broken and dangerous light switches that were snapped and unable to be turned on so no lights in the bathrooms - terrible . While it has a kitchen nothing to cook with no decent cookware and hardly any cooking utensils

Good location, quiet, good area, car park is clear, Easy to get in to my apartment, near supermarket, shop, restaurant, apartment clean and comfortable with kitchen utensils supplies. Good Place to Stay Close to Heathrow Airport
This unit was the perfect place to stay close to Heathrow airport yet there was no noise from planes. The apartment was perfect with all amenities required, with the washing machine being greatly appreciated. Free onsite parking was also a plus.

This property was the ideal place to spend our last night before an early flight out of Heathrow. It's essentially brand new, easy self check-in, super clean and comfortable, and has free parking.

Didn’t like that most services (taxi, pizza delivery) didn’t know where the property was located so was difficult to advise them. But apartment was comfortable and close to bus route.
