"Excellent hotel. Accommodated for our group of nine to the highest standard. The hotel was exactly what we wanted and is represented extremely well by the pictures. Most importantly, the staff were incredible in making sure we had everything we needed and handled our group with so much respect. They were all so friendly and happy to assist with anything, always greeting us on our way in and out of the hotel. Visit this place, it’s amazing!"

"Its a quiet hotel in the main village. Rooms spaceous, clean and staff very helpful."

"The staff was warm, smiley, and courteous. There was an issue with the room, and it was handled quickly and efficiently. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel owner was a pleasant person who came to talk with us, gave us tips on where to travel, and asked for our suggestions on how to improve the hospitality. It was definitely an excellent experience in Crete, and we will surely return there next time."

"When we arrived at panorama we couldnt believe how lovely the place was. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were a pretty decent size and the hotel manager was always available to recommend excursions/restaurants. The location was also incredibly convenient- we were right next to a bus stop which took us to Heraklion city/airport and there are plenty of car rental places within arms reach if you want to go on longer excursions. "Vriendelijk personeel. Locatie goed en rustig gelegen op heuvel tussen nieuw en oud Chersonnisos. Makkelijk parkeren. Helaas zijn we minder te spreken over het appartement. We hadden het familie appartement met zicht op zee. De foto’s waarmee wordt geadverteerd flatteren de staat van het appartement. Ze zijn of van lang geleden of bewerkt.
