"The hotel was wonderful, situated in the city center, just a 3-minute walk from Manneken Pis and a 5-minute walk from the Grand Place, however, far enough as to be very peaceful and quiet. It was very clean, with a delightful scent as soon as you entered, and the room was spotless and the size of the room very generous. However, the gym facilities were outdated or not functioning properly, with only two out of five machines working. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely stay here again. 9/10 stay"

"We appreciated the early check in but there’s no AC in the room, which made it difficult to sleep. Not safe keeping the window open (it’s ground floor - someone can walk in!). Btw the lobby bar didn’t have a wine opener for us to enjoy our French wine in our room before we left. I had to walk to the Standard to get the bottle opened, which was awkward. Not penalizing them for that but odd."
