"I booked this hotel primarily for the view of Lake St. Moritz and the more reasonable room rates. We took a taxi from the train station to the hotel which was approx. 25CHF as it is a very steep walk even with the escalators. The gal that checked us in was very friendly, helpful and provided a good overview of the hotel and town. We did not book the room with breakfast and both mornings walked down to the Hauser Hotel for a perfect breakfast more like back home. We did wish the hotel offered in room coffee but there was none in our room. The room was a bit dated but huge and while the windows were large, you could not open them as they are old and fragile. I will say this was one of the most comfortable beds we slept in over our 2 week trip! I would recommend this hotel if you visit St. Moritz. "

"Fraser Suites in Geneva was adequate for our needs. I would NOT recommend that you choose to partake of the breakfast buffet. The cost was extremely high. Way more than you would pay for any hotel breakfast. Limited choices and food that was just average. During our stay the construction renovation and street repair started at 7 am. We were not advised of the renovation and construction ahead of our stay."

"Very nice workers, nice clean bathrooms. We had issues however with this really loud noise the entire time we were there, floors are creaky and very hard to get a good nights sleep, the beds were comfortable and clean, good breakfast. Would reccomend in terms of a hostel but not for extended stay, and make sure you bring earplugs."

"Overall the hotel is good. Friendly staff and very helpful. Daniel & Marina were professional and super awesome. No restaurants close by. Maybe they were closed as it is not the season for skiers in April. The biggest drawback is there is no proper electrical outlets. They have a couple in odd places and it’s not convenient to charge laptops, iPhones, ipads etc. make sure to have an extension wire and proper Swiss adapters. They do not have electric kettles in rooms nor encourage you to have one due to fire risk. Take a flask and fill hot water from the coffee shop. "
