"The property is beautiful and very well located, but the staff are truly incredible. Merijn was wonderful and managed to remember our name and room number after seeing us once, and major shout out to Halil for saving us when we left our passports in the safe (and then checked out and left, we realized at the train station!). The bed was on the more comfortable end for hotels (I'm picky), and the only thing that was suboptimal was the street noise on Friday night from a nearby club/bar. The rest of the week (Sunday through Thursday nights) we heard nothing at all).
It's very near lots of food and shopping, literally within steps. The entrance to the hotel is on a cobblestone street that the cars can't really get to, so anticipate having to get yourself and your luggage about a block from the taxi drop off to the hotel doors.
We have nothing but good things to say about the staff and the hotel, and definitely recommend it."
