"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. "Great hotel in a superb location for my visit to Oxford. My room was clean and bigger than I had expected and the shower superb with great water flow. I interacted with several staff during my stay and they were all polite, knowledgeable, and had a good sense of humour, something a lot of hotels lack these days. I had a meal and a couple of beers in the bar and both were excellent quality - the pizza perfectly cooked and the beer perfectly cold. I will certainly return again if I am in Oxford and next time make use of the excellent pool facility and Spa, Great hotel, well worth a visit."
