"Comfortable bed, great shower. Staff is remarkably nice. The whole place shows thoughtful touches often absent from other motels. I would stay here again without hesitation. "
" Very pleased and pleasantly surprised with our accommodations. Even though the property was built back in the 1950’s it surly doesn’t show it, a very well kept hotel. "

"This is such an incredible hotel and property! Extremely undervalued. Very nice, completely remodeled & updated, safe and amazing friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend this hotel. I flew from Oregon with my 11yr old son for an appt at Stanford. I felt completely safe and even forgot a hairbrush of all things!! My son was sick and the front office staff graciously gave me a new hairbrush free of charge… it is the little things that make a difference. I almost did not book this hotel (we stayed for 3nights) because of some bad reviews.. I was just shocked at the bad reviews vs. my experience. If people are expecting the “Four Seasons” resort, than they need to be prepared to pay those fees! Creekside was excellent and since my son was sick and not feeling good - sleeping and snoring in our rental car, they were gracious enough to allow us a very early check in time. I’m grateful for all of their kindness. We will always book this hotel for future drs appts… thank you very much. "
"I stayed here for three nights while my dad was having surgery at Stanford and was very pleased with my stay. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff was great. The only thing that was a little less than convenient was that my room was on the second floor and there is no elevator. It is more of a motel than a hotel which I was not expecting, but other than that it was perfect."
