"This is a hotel outside the city of Pula. Easy check-in, friendly staff, free parking, very good breakfast. Room is a little small and bathroom fixtures are odd, shower in particular. Water drains toward the door and runs out into the bathroom. There is no place to put soap or shampoo in the shower. "

"Good service, facilities and cleanliness all round. The new pools are fabulous, especially the relax infinity pool with the fantastic comfortable cushioned 4 poster sun beds, lovely, more comfortable than the apartment beds. Nice modern reception with good staff. The negatives for comfort was the mattresses seemed old, lumpy and very uncomfortable, i hardly slept the first night and changed my mattress for the spare one in our room but wasn't much better. Also most people on self catering...

"Third time at this hotel staff etc fantastic but sadly 2 nights running large areas of the bar were sectioned off for “private” parties, when hotel guest seating was already at a premium. Raised this Dean Manager at time and he seemed to say hard luck to guests. So sad when everything else was wonderful but paying hotel guests were second class to conference stayers it would seem🙁"
