"Refurbishments are underway and hopefully revamping the hotel to a new level. The hotel remains good but some aspects hopefully will get updated such as the gym, restauarant, and some single glazing windows that let street noise in and heat in/out."

"The check in seemed unpleasant, usually when I check into a hotel they are friendlier and always thank me for choosing their hotel, our lady who checked me in said nothing but drivers license and credit card no smile. I got a friendlier welcomed from my text. No complaints for the room really. Breakfast was basic bagels, toast muffins donuts boiled eggs, cereal so if your expecting bacon and eggs this is not the place. Last day we are getting ready to leave, we still had a half hour before check out we asked the cleaning lady for a couple of towels, she responded with what time is check out? Ummm excuse me but you know check out, I know check out. So I found very rude. Thr hotel will know who these women are when they see who checked us in and who cleaned our room. The man during the day however was pleasant. I cant say id ever come back to this location. First real unpleasant experience"

"The Rooms are nice but expensive on nights when entertainment is happening. It wonβt change because they will get people to pay it especially on nights when they have entertainment. The slot machines donβt seem to be paying much. I donβt expect to win the jackpot but it would be nice to have some playing time for your money. The food in the Hard Rock Cafe was very good I had the Rib eye steak and it was done very well. Only complaint was the mashed potatoes were not very hot but they were good tasting. And the broccoli was good. Overall experience I would rank it a 7 out of 10"
