"During our stay at this hotel, cash was stolen from our room while we were at breakfast. We always make sure to close and secure the door, so this was extremely alarming.
When we reported the incident, the manager suggested that we must not have closed the door properly, which felt dismissive and unhelpful. They also implied that “not enough time had passed” for a theft to occur — an assumption that did nothing to address the seriousness of the situation.
We asked for the key‑log records for our room, but instead of showing them to us, staff simply stated that only guest passes were used. Without transparency, it was impossible to feel reassured or confident in their explanation. Police report was filed.
Overall, the lack of accountability and the way the situation was handled left us very disappointed. Security and honesty should be a priority for any hotel, and unfortunately, that was not our experience here."

"Called for early check in wasn’t informed it was a fee. Arrived sat and it was a 30 fee ok paid. Got to room door was open and maintenance had to do something to the tv. So room wasn’t even ready for early check in. Left out and returned that night. Tv didn’t even work no WiFi connected. Sunday went out for day. Returned and hot water didn’t work. Called front desk and no type of explanation. Tried again at 230 am still no hot water. 2nd floor smelled really bad. Dirty and wet smell. Boarder in room was coming off the wall. Repairs trash. I don’t recommend"
"The hotel was misleading. The hotel room was listed as a 2 room suite. I thought that meant two bedrooms. To my surprise, it wasn't. It only meant that there was a bedroom and a living room. I say that the advertisement was duplicitous because all the rooms have a bedroom and a living room, so there was nothing different between this room and any other aside it either having a queen bed or king bed. The room was poorly lit and the bathroom had all kind of cracks inside. Front desk and housekeeping were rude. I waited for over an hour before getting fresh towels. The lights kept flickering and often wouldn't turn on immediately. The t.v. was also really slow and would sometimes blackout. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my enemy."
"This property is well located and reasonably priced but very outdated. Front desk staff efficient but unfriendly. Carpet dated, furniture chipped, lamps don't match. Very noisy through the room door. Compressor for refrigerator so loud I had to unplug it. I slept ok with earplugs.
Room was clean, though, and water pressure in shower was good. It was fine for a place just to sleep while in the area.
Two life safety concerns - fire stair doors were propped open, and the stairs in those stairwells (particularly the nosings) were in disrepair."
"Please vacuum more. The guest were very hard on this property while were with you. The amount of trash in the halls made our visit a bad one. Our toilet was draining slow we used the lobby one frequently. The location was good for our needs. We will choose another hotel closer to our destination on our next visit."
"We weren't sure of the location, but in general we found everything just about perfect. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the room had all we could hope for: comfortable, clean and well equipped. Small suggestion: benches for sitting outside and enjoying the fresh air and view."
