"Excellent restaurant and bar. The staff was great, and the hotel has been restored to perfection. I am amazed that they seem to have been able to keep or replicate so many original features. My only complaint is that our room, 313, looked out over the HVAC units, and there was some trash laying around up there. They need to get someone out there to clean that area up. Also, one of the shades in our room wasn’t operable. Our view wasn’t good, but we still would have appreciated the sunlight. "

"The rooms were clean. The hotel was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The problem I had was no where to park in the parking lot. To many pickups with trailer taking up 4-5 parking spaces. "

"Hotel elevators did not operate correctly. Seems very understaffed"

"I can only rate the staff because due to air delays we did not spend the night. We stopped to get a receipt for a possible airline claim and the person at the front desk not only provided what we needed but made great suggestions for our travel route and eating."

"Miss communication between house keeping and front desk, our room was assigned and house keeping still cleaning though marked as ready in computer. 9pm check in a little of a hassle. Yet front desk was apologetic and quick to assist in settling us in another room. "

"The bathtubs were black, my crew which was staying there for a job couldnt even stay there the night because they were getting bit in the beds. If there were zero stars to give I'd do that. This place should be condemned. "

"The hotel was quiet and the bed comfortable but the pillows were bad the room not clean and the breakfast terrible. "
